Dragon have developed a quick and convenient way to find out whether your lost possessions were found by one of our drivers. Simply fill in the following form giving as much information as possible and one of our team will get back to you via call or email within 48 hours. Please be aware that we can ONLY track down drivers on jobs booked through our company (call centre, mobile app or web booker). If you have flagged down a taxi or used a taxi from a rank we do not have records of these jobs as they were not booked with Dragon.
We do not collect lost property at our office, our procedure for lost property is for drivers to take any items left in their vehicles to Cardiff Central or Cardiff Bay Police Station within 48 hours of the items being found. If we can identify before this time who owns the lost property the driver will return it for a fare. The fare will be from where the driver is currently situated to where you want the item returned to. The driver will put his/her meter on and will hand over the lost property on payment of the fare. If you wish not to pay a fare the driver will drop the item to either Cardiff Central or Cardifff Bay Police Station.
